Is Six Flags American or Not?

Another theme park ride in Georgia. Another accident.  This stock (SIX) is hardly a top performer, and it doesn't help they've been given another dose of bad press. The stock closed above $1.  Talk about life support for this company, they need help stat!  They've been lowering tickets prices, in fact at Six Flags Hurricane Harbor in North Texas, it is $24.99 to get in.  But any parent knows that you don't pay that, you pay much much more.

Food, gasoline to get there, and of course all the toys and items the family wants.  The average family, and that is their customer, is better off staying home in front of the television and the BBQ.  And they will, mark my words.

Why is Six Flags not American? Because a foreign investor, and my money is on a group from Dubai, are going to sweep in and BUY this company.  They can't make it, and after they announce park closings, and layoffs, Six Flags next move will be to either sell a portion, or even all of themselves to another, and my money is on foreign capital.

I am not stock picking, I am just forecasting.

As a human resources director I'd ask first off "Are you still an adolescent- regardless of age" or "Do you still live as if you're in high school" I know you can't ASK that, nor 'get' that without some peering questions, and probably some disingenuous Willy Wonka esque test questions. People like Charles Payne I observe ? the team comes first, if something isn't right, you say so, right there. I do like him, if some 300 million USD a year hedge fund manager is sitting there in a $12,000 suit ? Charles will pull his leg up - sit HOWEVER he wants - I'm all for that - forget phony appearance- go for what counts - get comfortable then talk shop - that's what people are there for - dialog, not to look pretty or prance around in whatever fishing lure outfit is expected to make up for what's missing in the ability to develop dialog ! MacDonald's white suit is up there, it's not showy - I bet she's wearing it for HER to feel good -and that's what things should be about - not to 'impress' others - or 'distract' them - oh well- Cavuto oughta clean house - I'd keep those 3 though ! Cavuto, MacDonald and Payne -

I kind of feel for the good people at FBN - such AS Charles Payne - and Liz MacDonald - that probably hear some of the things some others there laugh about - or find funny- both saying 'This isn't funny' - At some point in life - I think we start to find and look for the humanity in each of us, and try to leave the rest alone as everyone has private humility- and public. if "I" were Neil Cavuto ? and I DO think the man has integrity - I'd clean shop. and go for round two to make for what COULD be a good network.

If it were up to me ? Providing Cavuto owns up to intentionally pushing guests around to use them to make his point, i'd keep him I'd keep Charles Payne - (spelling, I think he's smart enough to just stay OUT of the FBN website, I don't think he has a blog here) - he's got a kid element in him as well - he's JUST himself - he's intelligent, reverent, I don't even get the sense he's promoting his own stocks to abuse the airwaves/FCC. He's a true team player, and I think he has reached that place where you realize life is about other people before self - or in other words, you realize self IS part of other people. I'd keep Liz MacDonald - she's smart, reverent- non-manipulating when she hosts Cavuto. Guests are so happy to share time with her, and rightly so. The focus is always on content - real content that matters- not distractive nuances, emotes that don't belong - it's just real good journalism - and presence on TV. I'm reaching - I honestly can't think of anyone else - and I DO watch FBN in and out at times - often taking a break from too much analytics my side- in a sector I prefer to NOT mention. FBN could work with a skeleton crew too if you ask me. And you know ? Why not cut some fat and fluff. Now, on the flipside, if you DO want beauty AND eloquence ? AND competent reporting in business news ? Turn on Business Russia - Katherine can't be beat. NO non-sense - NO leg shots - NO high heels - no reliance on selling people as meat products to lure the unsuspecting in. Yet ? She succeeds without trying where those that try on Fox Business fail. AND manages to deliver REAL business news. - go figure...

if 5 billion was enough for the Bancroft family for the Wall Street Journal how far to you think 2,000 billion goes ? "Is Six Flags American" And the author has the audacity to support a government who borrows from Communist China ? which supports child labor ? to bail out their investment banks ? and send out surplus checks - let's be honest, WELFARE survival checks to hedge inflation because the dollar is sinking, and the captain is NOT going down with this ship. ? Sheesh is this entertainment free ? Oh, I see, the US corporations can BUY real estate and companies around the world but - someone in 'Dubai' or Abu Dhabi is NOT allowed to buy Six Flags? the building you work in ? The Chrysler building ? Heck - Abu Dhabi could buy NYC in ENTIRETY right now. and that's JUST with their purse that's about to open to start snatching up America - why ? because It's for sale that's how a GLOBAL ECONOMY WORKS wake up - nationalism is DEAD you can pretend for a bit longer, but you'll just find yourself investing over seas ! What ? doesn't Fox Business EVER promote to buy stock in China ? Europe ? and yet ? No one is allowed to come to America to buy ? come on put down the romance novel - exit the bathroom - and THEN realize the alarm clock is going off. PLEASE. don't serve up 'Is Six Flags American' I doubt your ancestors are all too 'American' if we go back far enough ? you see ? gee, amazing how that works isn't it the further we go back, the more related we are... and YOU have the NERVE to suggest otherwise ? that humanity isn't one ? I'm glad I'm not you I guess - in entirety ! In part we are the same though.

Be careful Fox Business News - If the Bancrofts will sell the Wall Street Journal to Murdoch - Abu Dhabi's pockets are FAR FAR deeper than Murdoch. Abu Dhabi has 2 trillion PLUS to invest into US real estate - if your building has a price tag - and it does ? Ya think you might flip flop ? or just quit ? or be fired ? Second Floor on Fox will have plenty of office space for rent after the Fox Indictments. Shouldn't have used that globalistic eeeeeeenternet to promote control in nationalism Fox ! Also should have known triple DES isn't secure anymore. Nice thing about the eeeeeeenternet is very smart - talented people can network - odd, no nationalism involved - just truth and justice.

Oh that pesky game of Chess Originating in Iran, we must abolish it from the store shelves in Wal-Mart - even though it will be made in China. ? ? ? The hardest part in life is watching someone suffer needlessly - isn't it ?

I'll play the entire FBN staff - you can all coerce as a team, in chess... I'm confident I'll win. In Chess ? Hypotheticals are your best friend, and oddly - you do NOT call them flip flopping.

I think the founding fathers were JUST a bit better read than the yayhoos I run into in the media. It's scarier when you run into younger people that have sponged this stuff up - with virtually no critical thinking skills short of learning to attack indifference. Oh those people that change their thinking - ah GEE Frank, you WERE gonna go take out an entire Amish school house, but you flip flopped and changed you mind - what WERE you thinking. Ah Gee Larry, you almost went Shock and Awe - but then you flip flopped and changed your mind. Ya know ? people who change their mind or demonstrate any ability to reason ? and progress from that ? oh - I tell ya, those mentatitive flip floppers ! ugh! I can't WAIT until the Fox Indictments.

Unless you mean Jesus's America. Then it's all different Because then you end up with a schizoid split promoting an ideology that says monarchy on one hand is what rules the universe and the world in it, and then ? you have democracy apart from a monarchical ruler being promoted as the ideal system of rule. You really can't 'be' a Christian American without being insane. Which is it ? Monarchy or Democracy don't they mandate everyone that writes for Fox take at LEAST a 500 level philosophy class ?

Uh I have news for you The US Dollar isn't American. the money printed for stimulus checks ? I'm sure FBN employees are well off enough to not need them - but those are pulled from loans from China. I don't know what you DO think is American. Sheesh - I don't even think the shoes the American Olympic Basketball team are 'American' - last I checked - high probability they are made in Vietnam. I sure hope some of the kids who may have helped make the Nike shoes get tickets to the game and a few hours off work to see the show. America ? give me a break No currency ? No nation state. Dubai ? No, Abu Dhabi could buy YOUR entire building AND network in a heart beat. Don't play 'nationalism' in a global economy. You will be forgotten - as the US dollar is being 'forgotten' If Abu Dhabi for example, OR Saudi Arabia wanted to ? They could unpeg from the Dollar. At that point, your cozy job carving up What's American on FBN will go right out the window. And you can discover something worthwhile to promote growth in humanity. Bush has worked HARD to promote CAFTA - and MANY others have worked HARD to promote NAFTA. What do you think the Texas Corridor is for ? American goods to export ? Are you mad ? You've got the gaul to boast about what is America ? Gee, who'd your ancestors steal THEIR land from ? give me a break derive your persona from within - or perhaps try a Cereal Box - chances are it will outlast the US Dollar in form.

Six Flags is suppose a Southern oriented company and should be returned to its roots where it made money and the people of the Southland proud to see our Flags of History displayed in the proper manner. Current happenings will continue until a major reversal of management is made!

No one is going to sweep in, and buy a company with $2.3 billion in debt. It's way cheaper to let the stock hit the pinksheets, default on its covenants, and purchase the pieces in bankruptcy. This is the most obvious scenario, considering Dwight Schar just unloaded 2 million shares filed in SEC Form 4. Paying for pieces for fractions of a dollar vs the full dollar with high-interest debt - not a tough decision for any wealthy, foreign investor. Six closed today at $1.15, they'll be delisted if the stock stays below $1.06 for more than 30 days.
