SUGGESTION: HAVE THE GOPVERNMENT ASSUNME THE3 RETIREMENT AND HEALTH CARE OBLIGATIONS OF THE BIG THREE WHICH WOULD BE A HUGE STEP IN MAKING THEIR PROCUCTS COMPETITIVE WITH THE NON UNION PLANTS. FOLLOWED BY REMOVING THE RETIREMENT AND HEALTH CARE COMPONENT NOW CONTAINED IN THE WAGE RATES.

Cheryl, Very interesting video of your visit to your hometown. It is great to see someone like you with such outstanding business acumen keeping in touch with those who live where you grew up. You do a fine job with your interviews and information on the markets and the economy. It is a "must watch" for me every day. Hopefully there will be better business news to report on eventually but will require some patience.

CHERYL CAN I CHEER U UP? Well a few weeks ago CBL Associates has finally got a cinema,a brand new cinema operator in thier vacant space. Wilcox Cinemas,a new start up, specializes in small town markets. Now the grand opening is scheduled on 11/14 which is Friday. Now the real question is this: will the audience come? That part I'm waiting to see and don't worry I intend to check the Cinema out and see Wilcoz has renovated it all. Now already I got some interesting feedback. One the kids of dear associate of mind would love to have the seen the cinema seperate from the mall. A trend which is playing out in the metro areas including Jackson which by the way lost its cinemas too over the years. Second how long will Wilcox Cinemas survive in the old Pemberton Mall. I say two years at least; a friend of mind told me he believes a year and six months. Well we have to wait and see how the local market reacts.
