WMT Financial President: "Consumers Need This"

Today we had Jane Thompson, President of WalMart Financial Services, on our show.  What's interesting about the changes they are making to the "WalMart MoneyCard" is that they are lowering the price.  But it wasn't the price lowering I found interesting, it's the card itself, and the impact it could have on the company's bottom line if the low end consumer loses trust in their bank but still trusts WalMart?
