Azria: "Employees Took Pay Cuts"

Today I ran my exclusive interview with BCBG President, CEO, and Designer Max Azria.  Max doesn't do a lot of television, but he's made a long lasting footprint on the fashion world both as designer and as CEO.  One thing in the interview I found interesting: when I asked him if he thought he would "outsource" his manufacturing, he really didn't answer my question directly.  Take a look and let me know what you think.
