    Best Guess: Italian Edition

The President really likes the Noon ET edition of Fox Business.  Even when in Italy, he thought it was best to give us an update on global emissions.  Since I am Italian I say “bongiorno” and “grazi” to to world leaders for wanting to cut global emissions by 2050.  It’s a start, but probably not a very fast one.  Sadly, it means nothing without China

CHERYL: Twitter doesn’t find a bidder at Sun Valley, even though they say they are not for sale, that is why Evan Williams and Biz Stone are there.  No one can figure out how to monetize them.

TOM SULLIVAN: PPIP program will impact less than 2% of the mortgage market. Another meaningless govt program.

STUART VARNEY: Forget about any meaningful climate control legislation… India and China walk away from Rome and did not sign on to any emission control. And, Obama shoves emission targets off until 2050 !

CHRIS COTTER: Tomorrow, at this time, Lance Armstrong will be wearing a yellow jersey. An historic day that will solidify his legend. Also a boon for cancer research, Nike, and the nation of Kazakhstan (which BTW, is the world’s largest land-locked country)!

MATT MCCALL: Alcoa (AA) has set the stage for a better than expected earnings season. The numbers will not be great, however they will be better than expectations – leading to a bounce in stocks
