Best Guess: Phillies Edition

Matt thinks the Phillies are ready for the road to victory.  On the one hand the head of our network, Kevin Magee, is from Philadelphia and is a big fan.  I wonder how he can manage to run the network and watch the action, but he does it well.

On the other hand, Matt made the call in a room full of New York Yankee fans today.  Matt, not the most popular best guess buddy!

TOM SULLIVAN: Ebay sales have increased in August and September, the first increases since July 2008.  My guess is this is a clear sign that retail shoppers are only going to be shopping for major bargains this holiday season.

GREGG JARRETT: Efforts to reform wall street....change the culture.....control risk...and limit executive pay...will stall and go nowhere.  Future financial crisis is inevitable.

MATT MCCALL: Baseball playoffs start today at 230 and I predict the phillies win again. I will try and tie it to the economy.

CHERYL: The E-reader market will grow eventually, but in the next few months because of court actions like Google and its digital library fight with authors and other book purists, it won't happen until next year.  Growth will absolutely explode as more come onto the markets, and prices go down.
