    Banking on Brazil

We had the CEO of a Brazilian rum company on today. See the video below, and I've also included the ingredients and directions to make his signature cocktail, the "Rio 16". They sell the rum here in the United States. I'm not a rum fan, so you will have to make this and let me know if you like it or not!

    CC

    The Rio 16

    1oz Cabana Cachaça

    1oz VeeV

    1oz Simple Syrup

    1oz Kiwi Puree

The juice of 2 lime wedges

Shake all ingredients together and serve over ice in a rocks glass

    The Cabana Caipirinha

    1 lime (quartered)

    1 tsp granulated sugar

    2 oz Cabana Cachaca

In a shaker, muddle the lime and sugar. Add Cabana Cachaca and ice. Shake and pour all contents into a rocks glass. Garnish with a lime
